Your analysis of both sides of the arguments were well written and well displayed, and you make a valid point in claiming that despite the fact that we as consumers do use the Internet, we are not completely democratized by it. I am quite impressed by your references to the videos we watched in lecture. However I would recommend that you further refine your arguments by balancing out both arguments, instead of placing more emphasis on one argument over the other. But on the whole, its a job well done.

Yes it is indeed a heavy statement and I agree that how there are always both sides of stores, pros and cons. Historical events can strongly support your arguments. Internet may democratize the consumer, but not completely, good points.
